As part of its development, Medatlantic Zones partners is recruiting on its behalf an Administrative Assistant for its services hub in Tanger automotive city. For a six (6) month Fixed Term Contract (FTC), Your mission will be:
Your main missions are:
- Organization of appointments and planning and management of telephone calls.
- Coordination of internal and external appointments.
- Management of the relationship with partners, Centralization and management of information flows (incoming and outgoing).
- Logistics coordination (travel, event management, etc…).
- Ensure all the assistantship work for consultants and hub partners.
- CRM follow-up, welcome customers, inform them and guide them.
- Reception, follow-up of orders and preparation of quotes.
- Preparation of pre-invoices, invoices and delivery slips.
- Preparation and follow-up of customer files.
- Preparation and dissemination of reports.
- Classification and organization of internal documents.
- Organization of meetings.

Required profile :
With a Bac +4 training in Finance, audit or management control, you have at least 4 years of experience in the real estate industry, with experience in Audit / Management Control.
